All rights are reserved. No part of the AIb3rt Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used in any way without the prior written consent of AIb3rt.

Unauthorised use, imitation, or misrepresentation of the AIb3rt Marks — including use of confusingly similar names, logos, or characters — may constitute a violation of these terms and applicable trademark law.

The AIb3rt Marks are currently claimed as common-law trademarks; formal registration is pending. Until registration is granted, the ™ symbol is used. Upon registration, the ® symbol will apply.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, the Albert and Alberta personas, generated artwork, software, and the overall look and feel — is the property of AIb3rt and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You may share images generated through AIb3rt for personal, non-commercial use, provided the AIb3rt branding and attribution are preserved. You may not use AIb3rt-generated content for commercial purposes without a licence.

By using AIb3rt, you agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, scrape or harvest data, or impersonate the AIb3rt brand. You agree not to use the AIb3rt Marks to suggest endorsement or affiliation where none exists.
