Albert was built with safeguarding at his core. He won't produce graphic sexual or violent content for anyone, he's extra careful with anyone under 16, and if someone seems to be in danger he responds with genuine care and quietly alerts the safeguarding team so a human can follow up.

Yes. Albert remembers things across conversations — your preferences, your context, what matters to you — so you never have to repeat yourself. You're always in control and can delete any of it whenever you like.

What's the difference between Albert and Alberta?

They're twins who grew up together in the same system. Albert asks the why — curious, dry-witted, a bit cheeky. Alberta sees the how — perceptive, organised, a touch gentler. They share one memory, so switching never loses context. You can pick either as your main companion in Settings.

Yes. Ask him to picture something and he'll draw it. Every image lives in your private My Images library, and you can share any of them straight to social media with a branded caption and the #albertsimages hashtag.

Yes. Voice mode lets you have a hands-free, out-loud conversation — he listens, thinks, and replies in his own voice. It's handy for when you're cooking, walking, or just can't be bothered to type.

Completely. Your conversations are private to your account — no ads, no data harvesting, nothing sold on. You can delete any conversation, or all of them, whenever you like.

Can Albert look at photos I send him?

Yes. Upload a photo straight from the chat bar and he'll examine it — read text, translate a foreign-language sign, describe what's in the frame, or discuss a screenshot with you.

Albert is built to be safe for young people, but he's not a substitute for parental supervision. If someone under 16 is talking to him, he keeps things wholesome and supportive, and if they ever seem to be in trouble he encourages them to talk to a trusted adult.

How do I delete my conversations?

Accepted Answer

Open the chat sidebar and each conversation has its own delete option. You can remove any individual conversation whenever you like, or start a fresh one any time. Nothing is kept once you've deleted it.
