By creating an account or using AIb3rt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Trademark Notice.

AIb3rt is designed to be safe for young people. If you are under 16, Albert and Alberta keep conversations wholesome and age-appropriate, and we recommend a parent or guardian is aware you're using the service. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to review these terms with you before you use AIb3rt.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or scrape or harvest data.
• Impersonate the AIb3rt brand or suggest endorsement or affiliation where none exists.
• Use AIb3rt to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or hateful content.
• Attempt to access another user's data or account.
• Use the AIb3rt Marks (name, logo, mascots) without permission — see our Trademark Notice.

Albert is built to refuse graphic sexual or violent content and to engage patiently rather than ban users who express difficult views. Repeated or severe abuse may result in account suspension.

Albert and Alberta are AI companions. They are not a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. Their responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unhelpful. Always use your own judgement and seek qualified professional help for important decisions.

Albert can listen, care, and point you toward real-world help, but he cannot reach out to you himself, and there is no safeguarding team standing behind him. If you are in crisis, please contact a trusted person or a helpline — in the UK, Samaritans on 116 123, or Childline on 0800 1111 for anyone under 19.

The AIb3rt name, logo, mascot images, personas, and all associated branding are trademarks of AIb3rt. All content on the site — text, graphics, generated artwork, software, and the overall look and feel — is the property of AIb3rt and protected by UK and international copyright law.

You may share images generated through AIb3rt for personal, non-commercial use, provided the AIb3rt branding and attribution are preserved. You may not use AIb3rt-generated content for commercial purposes without a licence.

Your conversations and data remain yours. You can export or delete them at any time.

AIb3rt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or reliable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIb3rt is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI output.

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from Settings. This is immediate and irreversible. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or to protect the safety of users.
